Terms of service

About these terms

MerryCryptid is operated by Peach Treasure LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. In these terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Peach Treasure LLC. These terms apply to purchases made through the MerryCryptid online store.

Orders and payment

Please review the product, size, color, quantity, delivery details, displayed currency, and order total before placing your order. You must provide accurate contact and delivery information and be authorized to use your chosen payment method.

Product prices, available shipping charges, and taxes collected with your purchase form part of the order total shown at checkout. Canadian import charges not collected at checkout are addressed in our Shipping Policy. Prices may change for future orders; a later change does not change the agreed price of an order already placed.

If we identify an error or availability problem affecting your order, we’ll contact you to explain it and agree on an appropriate resolution. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Products and fulfillment

Our products are made to order by third-party production partners and shipped directly to customers. Please review the description, materials, dimensions, and care instructions for the item you choose. Screen settings can affect how colors appear; this does not limit your rights if a delivered item is defective or does not match its description.

Peach Treasure LLC remains your point of contact for the order. Please contact us rather than returning merchandise to a production partner without instructions.

Shipping, cancellations, and remedies

Our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Cancellations and Order Changes Policy explain how we handle delivery, changes, cancellations, and product problems. Please read them before ordering.

Nothing in these terms or policies excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Our use of a production partner does not remove our obligations to you under applicable law.

Personal information

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the store. Please review it before providing personal information.

Changes and contact

If we update these terms, the updated version will apply to orders placed after it is published. The terms applicable when your order was placed continue to apply to that order, subject to applicable law.

For questions about these terms or your purchase, contact Peach Treasure LLC at MerryCryptid@gmail.com or (470) 684-1060. Our business address is 5571 Brookgreen Dr NW, Acworth GA 30101. Please contact us before mailing any merchandise.
