Shipping policy

MerryCryptid ships to the United States and Canada. Our products are made to order and shipped directly by our production partners.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Production time is separate from carrier transit time, and both can vary by product and destination. If we learn that we cannot ship your order within the timeframe provided when you ordered, we’ll contact you about the delay and your available cancellation or refund options.

Orders containing several items may arrive in separate parcels on different days. We’ll send tracking information when it is available.

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you notice a mistake, email MerryCryptid@gmail.com immediately with your order number. Address changes may no longer be possible once production or shipping has started.

Some orders to Canada may be shipped from another country. Import duties, taxes, and carrier clearance or brokerage charges may apply. Any such charges not collected at checkout are payable by the customer and may need to be paid before delivery. Customs clearance can also affect delivery times.

If your expected shipment or delivery date has passed, tracking appears to show a problem, or your parcel is returned to the sender, contact MerryCryptid@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll investigate with our production partner. If an incorrect or incomplete address you supplied makes a new shipment necessary, we’ll explain any additional charge and obtain your agreement before arranging it. This does not limit any remedy required by law.
